POSITIONS – 43

Positions 43 – Move brings together works that explore movement and the perception of space in distinct ways.

Mona Kiefer works within the tradition of abstract painting; her tactile, energetic works  here in green and rust allow the materiality of paint to convey a sense of inner motion.
Norbert Jäger’s marble sculpture Elftree references classical sculpture while transforming it into a poetic, playful movement, as winged forms populate the vertical support, evoking butterflies resting on a tree.

The exhibition creates a dialogue between painting and sculpture, between physical presence and imagined motion, demonstrating how contemporary positions redefine the experience of movement in color and form.
