Galerie HMH is pleased to invite you to the summer exhibition Geometry and Gesture - a group show that explores the tension between geometric clarity and free artistic gesture.

The works shown on the invitation card provide an insight into the complexity of the exhibition: from Maks Dannecker's precisely framed blue triangle to Judith Sturm's salt-embossed colour field in bright red-orange, Ariane Koch's round object formed from bicycle inner tubes, Willi Siber's industrial wooden briquette as a formal sculpture and Gerd Kanz' multi-layered panel painting in deep blue.

In addition to these positions, exciting works by over 15 renowned artists are on display - including Christo & Jeanne-Claude, H. R. Giger, Lilli Hill, Markus Tollmann, Enrique Fuentes, Rolf Ohst, Thorsten Frank and many more.

The exhibition combines colour field painting, concrete art, expressive abstraction, sculptural objects and photorealistic works to create an open dialogue on form, materiality and expression.
