In loving memory of Jodd von Schaffstein
It is with deep sorrow that we bid farewell to our esteemed artist and dear friend Jodd von Schaffstein, who passed away unexpectedly on 3 May 2025 after a short, serious illness.
Jodd leaves behind a huge gap - as a person whose subtle thoughts and humorous manner touched us, and as an artist whose works full of depth and poetry will accompany us for a long time to come. A friendship characterised by trust, creative closeness and mutual appreciation.
At the same time as the funeral in Berlin, we cordially invite you to the memorial exhibition at the Galeria HMH in Port Andratx.
On 18 June 2025 from 1pm to 3pm, we will be opening a retrospective of his works that pays tribute to important stages of his artistic journey. There will be a book of condolences for visitors to the exhibition, which we will later hand over to his widow.
We would be delighted to welcome everyone who would like to join us in pausing, remembering and honouring Jodd.
